Former Employee – worked at AXA full-time for more than a year
Pros – Great work/life balance. Decent pay but below market average for an actuarial analyst.
Cons – Did not feel sufficiently challenged. Other roles within the company did not look interesting.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
