Really good team, great management. They do take an interest in their staff and want you to progress. Good office space
Cons
The pay could be better. They dont pay you for overtime but expect you to stay late in order to complete the zillion tasks that they put on you.
Advice to Senior Management
Recognise your staff and realise that the top management wouldnt be where they are if it wasn't for the people working their hardest underneath.
