Pros

Lots of training, great people, and ability to move up.

Cons

Can be mundane, they expect too much, little control over store managers, more concern for customers, and should pay more.

Advice to Management

Never take money from a great employee to gain more profit.

    Pros

    pay, lots of hours, which can be a con in some instances.

    Cons

    Constant backbiting from all levels of employees. You'd hate to think what they say when you aren't around. Hiring process is unorganized at best. almost non-existent training.

    Advice to Management

    Upper management....maybe talk to employees and ask what the work environment is like sometimes, you may be shocked by what you hear. Middle Management.....I just feel sorry for you, until I hear you talking smack about the last person who had my job, and then I just think you deserve what you get.

    Pros

    No sundays.
    Get to learn everything.

    Cons

    Too much work, too little pay.
    You have to sell and build and stage and coach. Plus deal with repairs, and take the mentality that everyone who walks through the door is a liar.
    Hard to work with no given direction. Job lacks teamwork.

    Advice to Management

    Give people one job, and pay them accordingly.
