Pros

Always busy, different every day, good pay, good benefits, Sundays off.

Cons

50 hour weeks, management above store level isn't too helpful

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get more involved with all of your stores. Yes, some need more work than others but we should see you more than once per month.

    Co-workers become your family

    Cons

    If you work in nons dont ever expect to have a life. If you have children get used to kissing them bye in the morning and tuck them in at night. THATS THE EXTENT OF YOUR LIFE NOW!
    You get minimal training and are expected to harass customers several times a day by phone. You will harass their friends and family members too. Not to mention continually driving to their houses to try and collect money. DONT RETURN ANYTHING!
    What you learn this week will not be the way its done next week. Enjoy constant calls and or emails to tell you what you are not doing or need to do.
    You are treated like you are a child by upper mgt. Do not question ANYTHING remember they know it all you know nothing!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get a clue about your employees. They work there to provide for their families.YES they have families and scheduling them from 8AM or earlier to 9PM is not good. Families mean more to your employees then numbers not vice versa.
