Not bad for retail

ProsClosed on Sunday, great people to work with, and you do get very close working 50+ hours a week.

ConsLong, long, long, long hours, dealing with a rather interesting customer base at times, and, having to clean and repair furniture that is nasty as all getout after only having been used a couple of months.

Advice to Senior ManagementGive GM's a little more flexibility with their schedules for a better quality of life outside of work.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
