Pros

Closed on Sunday, great people to work with, and you do get very close working 50+ hours a week.

Cons

Long, long, long, long hours, dealing with a rather interesting customer base at times, and, having to clean and repair furniture that is nasty as all getout after only having been used a couple of months.

Advice to Management

Give GM's a little more flexibility with their schedules for a better quality of life outside of work.

    Pros

    It's a job, merely a job.

    Cons

If you want to be worked like a dog and not be appreciated than Aaron's is the place for you

    Advice to Management

Stop artificially inflate the stress levels just to make your bonuses.

    Pros

Always busy, different every day, good pay, good benefits, Sundays off.

    Cons

50 hour weeks, management above store level isn't too helpful

    Advice to Management

Get more involved with all of your stores. Yes, some need more work than others but we should see you more than once per month.
