    Pros

    Meet some interesting people. Great feeling to help a customer/family fulfill a need. Aarons classroom attempts to promote positive image.

    Cons

    In Central Al my personal hours changed 4 times in less than 3 monthes. Very chaotic. Store full of DRAMA. The GM was/is very Unorganized,has very little if any Structure,Negative and Nasty personality. In the last 13 weeks I have yet to see the GM visit any customer/family in the field activity or involved in any way helping to publicly market that location. The "customer closing process and delivery scheduling" are laughable at best. Prospecting & needs analysis are indeed weak. The suits in Atlanta should drive to Central Al and stay a week and see what is happening with their investment. I guess they really don't have to though....the numbers kinda speak for themselves. You can put lipstick on a pig but in the end, you still have a pig. I was told very little chance for advancement or very little chance to make any real money. Raises would consist of maybe 25 cents per hour twice a year if your review came in spotless.

    Advice to Management

    Take a trip to central Alabama unannounced. Visit your customer base. You will see why you have dropped from over 730 customers to now barely 600 in the last year or so.. The image that is being drawn up in Atlanta is not being promoted here.

    Pros

    You are guaranteed to get a certain amount of hours.

    Cons

    The pay is low. The people you interact with (customers and co-workers) and dumb as bricks. They play a pathetic game of cat and mouse playing the sales department and the accounts department off each other. To help accounts you hurt the sales team and vice versa. The store managers are lazy and incompetent. The change them out about every six months and give the next dummy his shot to blow it. After his six months they demote him and do it all over again.

    Advice to Management

    Hire some GM's with brains and a work ethic. These people that you hire, promote, then demote are pathetic. Maybe that is why your company is so pathetic. You hire/promote pathetic people who I am surprised can use the bathroom without help.
