Top performers move up fast. Good pay structure. Offer good benefits. Good sales training with focus on promoting within.
Cons
Expect to work 6 days per week as a General manager. Half of the business is collections and you will have to go to customers houses to collect. Very tough work.
Advice to Senior Management
The company needs to make an effort to seperate work from personal life. As a general manager you are expected to work 60+ hours unless you are fully staffed.
