Very Poor Management

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee
Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

Pros

Stability, consistent 40 or 50 hours a week. Weekly pay

Cons

Unethical business practices, the worst management extending into the c-suite I have experienced in 15 years of management. Cut throat environment. Zero career opportunity, spend time long enough to achieve education

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be honest with yourself, there is no where else that would hire managers without education and over 40, try and remain human

    Pros

Having the chance to how a bigger company like Aarons work.

    Cons

When told you where getting promoted don't count on it, it was probably a lie. And when you are no longer needed they will not fire you they just push you to quit.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

It is my opinion if you don't care to kiss a little but and have on since of morals this is the job for you. Because you have no friends and/or soon to lose what friends you had.
