Very Poor Management

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee
Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Aaron's

Pros

Stability, consistent 40 or 50 hours a week. Weekly pay

Cons

Unethical business practices, the worst management extending into the c-suite I have experienced in 15 years of management. Cut throat environment. Zero career opportunity, spend time long enough to achieve education

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be honest with yourself, there is no where else that would hire managers without education and over 40, try and remain human
