OK to work for if you really need 40+ hours

Sales Manager (Former Employee)

ProsYou will always get 40+ hours. Busy environment, great for people who like to stay active.

ConsPay increase is never good, if you get one. Upper management sucks and you hardly ever get a "good job". The hours are 8 or 9 to 9pm sometimes, so you have no time to do anything else. Very demanding, 80% of customers are very rude.

Advice to Senior ManagementPay more attention to who works hard and don't base everything solely on numbers because that will make the company lose great employees. The hours are always there but when the pay is not ... then we have no choice than to look for something else.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
