Pros

Full Time, Sundays off, bonus incentives, uniforms pretty expensive, 401k, health insurance offered, e-courses to further train you

Cons

Too many chiefs not enough indians, rules change too often,unprofessional management, favoritism, go hand out fliers when not busy no matter what weather not in the job description or interview.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

stop promoting a culture where everyone is spying on each other, sell better furniture customers scream when the bad products keep breaking down

    Pros

    One of the pros of working for Aaron's was meeting all the new people and being able to be home with my family at night and on Sunday.

    Cons

    One of the cons of working for Aaron's was the store manager had her favorites and I wasn't one of them, so I was treated differently by her.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Make sure that the person running your stores is able to seperate work from her personal social life, and not try to hang out with employees after hours having drinks.
