Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) Atlanta, GA

Pros-Good pay
-Lots of opportunities to grow within the company
-Customer relationships
-Fun environment (depends on which store)
-Busy (again, depends on which store)

Cons-Management needs to be accountable for their customers (i.e actually return customer calls, don't wait 2 months to deal with a service issue)
-There can be long hours
-Lots of pressure for numbers!

Advice to Senior Management-Bring back Brett Ruffino as VP!!!
