ProsGreat career for students and contractors seeing long term employment

ConsSome departments are not straight across the board. And for Contingents may have to really work hard and prepare to remain contract for a period of 3 years or more

Advice to Senior Managementask employees what they want rather applying them to duties that are not within the job description
