Current Employee – been working at Abbott Labs full-time for less than a year

Pros – Demanding job that requires patients. The company is driven to ensure experience with its employees and continues to seek their involvement on all levels. They are keen to see how they transition in or out of the company. Truly most people here stay for the long run, 30+ years. It's a family.

Cons – Poor salary, slow professional growth, and absolutely terrible coffee. But they people are great, they have always been kind, people stay for a long time so things are slow to change.

Advice to Senior Management – Make it easier for people to move it up the professional ladder.
