Former Employee – worked at Abercrombie & Fitch

Pros – The benefits of working for A&F were great. The team I worked with was knowledgeable and everybody was very respectful. Also, being LGBT, it was great to be a part of a company that had so much respect for the LGBT community. The experience was great and the company was wonderful.

Cons – There were times when I'd have to work longer hours than usual and wasn't necessarily allowed to clock those hours. Still, it wasn't so bad because the atmosphere and the people I was around were wonderful. The pay, in comparison to other places with similar jobs, was a bit below average.

Advice to Senior Management – Keep up the good work! I think, in all, the company is a great one to work for, but there is a good amount of concern among current employees that they are "stuck" in their positions. Advancement doesn't come around as often as one would hope.
