I have been working at Abercrombie & Fitch
Pros – -Meet some great people
-Nice 30% discount on full priced items
-Flexible schedules
-Great managers who are close in age with the rest
Cons – -Its really hard to get hours, you normally work about two 4 hour shifts per week
-The pay is minimum wage so its not that great
-The district manager is the one who wants the store and the associates to be in perfect order and you have to look flawless when around her or she'll criticize you.
Advice to Senior Management – I think you are doing a great job at my store with what you have to work with and my only advise would have to be to give out more hours to the hard workers and less to the people to just waste space.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
