Its ok to give yor employees a little more money. Raises keep us going. LOLz Thats why no one ever stay at this job. Its unrealistic.

    Pros

Fairly easy job. Just greet the customers and keep the store organized.

    Cons

Maxium days you would work a week was two and the rest was call ins. Although I know of some people who only worked once every two weeks. I worked at a outlet and they are always hiring. There must have been about 70-80 employees all together. I wish rather than hiring new employees all the time they would give their current employees more hours.
