The people are great but the noise level and lighting make it difficult

Floor Model (Current Employee) Kalamazoo, MI

ProsThe company is very consistent with their policies and management always "has your back"

Consturn the music down and more lights on!

Advice to Senior ManagementI don't think its a very smart idea to have an MIT that has never worked with the company before, they should have to go through the Model and impact position for 4 months each. That way they get a better handle on how to do their job. Also, the fact that I couldn't move up in the company because I didn't have a degree was very frustrating, i felt i could have done the mangers job better than they were doing it.

    Decent

    Model (Current Employee) McLean, VA

I have been working at Abercrombie & Fitch part-time for less than a year

Pros: Friendly co-workers, some chicks you get to hit on. Cons: The money you spend on clothes > Money you make, AAA's should… Advice to Senior Management: Better pay, free AAA's, 50% all clothes no BS or… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
