    Advice to Management

I don't think its a very smart idea to have an MIT that has never worked with the company before, they should have to go through the Model and impact position for 4 months each. That way they get a better handle on how to do their job. Also, the fact that I couldn't move up in the company because I didn't have a degree was very frustrating, i felt i could have done the mangers job better than they were doing it.
