    Pros

Management was really chill. Didn't care about much except if you came to your shift on time. Folding techniques had to be perfect.

    Cons

Hard to get hours and paid minimum wage.

Great easy job, but not for people wanting a steady flow of money

I have been working at Abercrombie & Fitch part-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Pretty easy going managers. Great people to work with, makes the work atmosphere feel fun and simple. You Will make friends here. Not a complicated job at all. Absolutely best first job, because its so flexible. You can change your schedule online at home, within a 2 week period before you want it to be changed. Everything is flexible, and I love that!

    Cons

Only get paid minimum wage. And most shifts aren't longer than 5 hours. Good for some side money if you get an allowance, but not good if you have a car and go out to eat often, hangout with friends, are in college, etc, unless your going to work every single day. And its pointless to work everyday for only 4 hours, you'd get tired of the job quick. Most of the employees work another job as well.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

At least for employee's that have been with the company for over a year should get a quarter raise, or something.
