Pros

As an agent you are given a lot of freedom, make your own schedule, paid vacations after a certain amount of time, medical benefits.

Cons

Lack of communication with upper management, sometimes you are put in dangerous situations

  1. Decent place to work (not during floor sets), they definitely discriminate.

    Pros

Minimal discount but it's there, will hire you if you are attractive, before/after opening/closing can be fun. I was able to become a visual assistant manager while in college.

    Cons

Obvious physical discrimination, low pay, small discount, the smell of Fierce on top of blaring music will make you a bit crazy. Typical brand reps are not the most intelligent people to work with.

  2. Good starter job in retail if you're a minority.

    Pros

Friendly managers & asst. mangers (Stanford Shopping center).
20% discount on overpriced good quality clothes (excludes sale and clearance items)..
Smelling like "FIERCE" at the end of the day.

    Cons

    Low pay.
Bad music when working on sales floor.
Smelling like "FIERCE" at the end of the day.

    Advice to Management

Keep up your fair and innovative hiring practice.
