A great place to work if you are young, hot, fun, and enjoy techno music.

Pros

Listening to good music while working, getting a good discounts on clothing, getting the chance to meet new people, being able to work side by side with good looking people.

Cons

Dealing with crazy mall hours, being extremely busy during holidays, not being able to wear piercings or having facial hair, clothing presentation constantly changing.

Advice to Management

Higher wages for associates would be highly appreciated.

    Pros

Easy job and if the management is good in that store, it's actually fun.

    Cons

Pay is really low. Some of the management is not great.

I worked at Abercrombie & Fitch part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

flexible hours, good friends, Sometimes a relaxed environment

    Cons

no one cares about you, you'll never get a raise, you'll be written up for ridiculous reasons, bad work conditions, outrageous expectations, not enough employee discount, and you're required to spend a large majority of your paycheck on the uniforms that they change every month or so-- which you are required to buy or they stop giving you hours.. EVEN if you work in the back.

    Advice to Management

please pay more attention to workers who work hard and do exceptional work, rather than picking favorites and giving them raises because you are friends with them. Also- read my cons
