I have been working at Abercrombie & Fitch part-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

If you are young and love a fun environment, A&F is the place for you. I have been with the company for 3 years at Home Office and in real stores and I have never had a bad experience in any of the positions I have been in.

Cons

Floorset have become more and more hectic through the years and somewhat unorganized.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

For as organized of a company that we are, corporate needs to get there things together because it's causing the stores to get set back in changing presentations.
