I'm a lead and I love working here; i feel appreciated and valued although my co workers may not feel the same as I do.

Impact Lead (Current Employee) New York, NY

ProsExtremely flexible. Can pick up and give away shifts easily. Good pay for the amount of work required.

ConsEasily replaceable when just a sales associate. Greeter models make obscene amount of money.

Advice to Senior ManagementManagement needs to be more understanding/accommodating towards full timers. And they need to stop acting so stuck up. We all work for the same company- chill out.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Good people held back by poor project management and senior IT management that's out of touch

Senior IT Analyst (Former Employee) New Albany, OH

I worked at Abercrombie & Fitch full-time for more than a year

Pros: - Smart IT people - Savvy business users who get e-commerce -… Cons: - Senior IT management acts interested in suggestions, but real change is rare - Super political atmosphere at the management level, no matter… Advice to Senior Management: Listen to the experts you hire. They're there to help you build a great product. Your fear of trying new things… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
