    Pros

    -They provide all the training you need
    -They promote from within
    -You get to wear jeans, t-shirts and flip-flops to work everyday
    -You get to listen to cool music at work
    -You work with young people
    -You get a BIG discount on the clothes

    Cons

    -Must be willing to relocate in order to move up
    -Must be willing to work most holidays... watch out for Black Friday!!

    Pros

    Fun environment, excellent benefits, onsite cafeteria and workout facility, good chance for growth. The employees and the overall atmosphere make it a satisfactory place for employment.

    Cons

    You must have a college degree to obtain the majority of the positions. there are ways to progress without a degree, but it takes a while.
