Pros

i think it's great to meet outgoing people. the people are for the most part friendly and they will help with being new to the company. the work is mundane and repetative, but you can make it fun if your co-workers are cool.

Cons

the work gets boring if you do the same thing for 4 hours at a time. the music is deafening sometimes. it's hard to hear people that speak softly and i almost have to yell to answer them.

Advice to Senior Management

just be more polite to people that are under you sometimes we're seen as lower beings and just so much the bottom of the food chain that our opinions and feelings don't matter. that shouldn't be the case and if it were our moral would always be low.
