Pros

A&F fun factor highly depends on co-workers. Sometimes they're really cool and friendly, other times their snobby. You get a 30% discount on all full-priced Abercrombie stores (not Hollister or any other name).

Depending on store size and manager, you get a lot of mobility and freedom to chill and hang out. If you need someone to cover your shift last minute, you can call off of a phone list. So many people work there that it's usually pretty easy to do.

Cons

The work can be tedious and boring. Managers don't always give you a lot of shifts. There are so many people working there that it's hard to put everyone on the schedule. It depends on how much they like you. I've heard of people working 4 hours a week. Or less.
