Abercrombie & Fitch – “disappointed”
Pros
Depending on who you work with you can have a great time. Same goes for who you report to. They can make or break your career.
Cons
The downsides are: the pay isn't competitive with simalar companies, promotions are mostly based on looks and not experience and stores do do not recieve enough resources
Advice to Senior Management
Value your people over profits
