Abercrombie & Fitch Store Manager:   (Current Employee)

Pros

It is an extremely fast paced company where you can get promoted quickly. Great Benefits. A decent place to work if you are really needing a jobs-especially fresh out of school.

Cons

Although to get promoted quiquickly you must bust your butt, work many overtime hours and follow some ridiculous brand polices to get far. Your life becomes overtaken by work when you become a store manager and usually they expect the un attainable to be done.

Advice to Senior Management

Listen to your managers. Don't promise promotions and then not give them. You need to make the associate feel their work is appreciated.
