Pros

-You work alongside several attractive, nice people
-friendships, casual romances
-Managers are really nice at least at my location
-lots of things to do: cash wrap, greet, fold clothes, fitting rooms
-no competition among co-workers because everyone is paid the same
-lots of minorities in my store

Cons

-horrible discount
-horrible pay
-if a manager doesn't like you (for mostly arbitrary reasons), you can have a horrible experience
-the managers adamantly seek attractive recruits which is awkward...
-sometimes you do the same thing forever without being switched (i.e. greeting your entire shift-4hrs)
-only 3 people get raises each year and they are EXTREMELY low (model, impacter, manager).
-they hire so many people that you can't really work as much as you'd like unless you're extremely attractive (model) or extremely efficient/independent (impacter)

    Pros

flexible schedule, upbeat co-worker, nice environment, great employee discount. cash bonus during holiday season.

    Cons

unexpected call-in shift, unorganized task agenda, hard to please difficult customers. sometimes the schedule being too flexible can cause you to work more 40 hours one week versus only 10 hours for another week.

    Advice to Management

More PR to change the stereotype of the brand
