Pros

Great culture. Most people are fun to work with. When thingsare good going to work can be fun, but some of th bs is a bit too much.

Cons

It is very political and promotions to the upper levels of departments doesn't have much to do with performance. Management has sort of lost their vision in the current economic condition, so at any given time the whole strategy of the company may change, and make all your hard work on the old strategy go to waste. I imagine this can be a good place to work when things are good, but not now.

Advice to Senior Management

Pick a strategy and go with it. You seem to be drowing in the recession, and it makes it hard to be an entry level employee when everyday you hear conflicting messages/strategies/goals from above.
