    Pros

You can get promoted fast in this company; especially if you are willing to move and relocate. Opportunites all over the globe. The job is really hands on- not stuck at a desk. Keeps you youthful being around a bunch of kids in high school and college- promotes a fun/laid back work enviornment.

    Cons

On your feet all day. Everyone is underpaid- especially for all the requirements they are looking for in an associate (both management & associates). Hours and work schedule (have to work at least one weekend day). Don't have major holidays off.

  2. Working at Abercrombie has been one of the most mundane, yet aggravating experiences in my life.

    Pros

The flexibility of hours and tasks was helpful. As a college student, Abercrombie & Fitch was convenient as you could come back and work during your breaks without any issues.

    Cons

The management was stubborn and the lack of a single penny raise after three years of employment is a bit absurd.

    Advice to Management

The upper management should be trained more in the ways of ethics.
