I worked at Abercrombie & Fitch full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

I worked there until my first year of college as a floor model, the pay wasn't that good, but it was fun, easy, and scheduling worked around my life

Cons

Bad pay, you'll make minimum wage the majority of the time you work there, even when you get promoted your pay only goes up a few cents, and you have to buy a bunch of different clothes from there each season, you get 30% off and most high school kids are spending their money on clothes anyway, but if you're over 18 and have real responsibilities, this isn't a job you want.

I worked at Abercrombie & Fitch part-time for less than a year

    Pros

First and foremost, fellow employees made the job enjoyable.
Being part of a "club". There's a special niche feeling about working there.

    Cons

Although appealing at first, the music and the smell become overbearing.
Duties on the floor are way too structured. You're assigned to one room and can't leave it.
Worst of all, the tag lines as people enter and leave are mandatory and exhausting. You feel like a robot.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Any greeting will do. It doesn't have to be "Hey, what's going on?!" word for word.

    Disapproves of CEO
