I worked at Abercrombie & Fitch part-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Very easy Job, flexible with schedule and taking time off. Depending on the managers it can be a very fun place to work.

Cons

Depending on location, the employees are not treated very well. It seems like they care more about the store functioning then the people that keep the store functioning.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat employees with respect and understanding. Always keep an eye on abiding my the labor laws.

I worked at Abercrombie & Fitch full-time for more than a year

    Pros

A&F offers a great salary, and a photogenic atmosphere. The holiday parties and quarterly promotions are one of a kind.

    Cons

Bad habits of irresponsible hiring- i.e. completely under qualified managers. Very strict on what you are allowed to wear to work-- you are "suggested" to wear the brand, but in reality you must wear the brand (or try to fit into the small sizes).
