    Pros

Surrounded by people your age. Not grueling hard work.

    Cons

They hire a lot of people and give really bad hours. You can't wear nail polish or makeup or jewelry. And your toes have to be colored pink red or french tip.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    need more hours.

I have been working at Abercrombie & Fitch part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

literally the easiest job on the planet, essentially you need the skill set of a monkey!!! as a cast o' you are pretty much given free reign on your schedule and they dont care if you dont show up because they cant fire you :), great if you want a job that you can decide when to work and when not to, good way to build experience on your resume .. not that you will actually gain anything of value. Impact system is great.

    Cons

minimum wage, no commission, DM's are horrible... like making staff cry horrible, prepare to live a life of no make up, ripped jeans and flip flops (which make your feet hurt), very biased models treated very differently to impact (especially cast o')
