I have been working at Abercrombie & Fitch full-time

Pros

- Responsibility - they will give you lots of it
 - High pay

Cons

- Highly political work atmosphere
 - Entire company is inefficient
 - Top management treats employees very poorly
 - Low morale - everyone on my team is counting down the days until their contract is over so they can quit.
 - Absolutely NO work/life balance

    Great opportunities for improvement. Casual work attire, not to be confused with environment which is far from casual!

    Cons

    Work/life balance is non-existant, turnover is very high.
