    Pros

Great experience for one's resume during summer internship. Got a lot of great exposure to what working at the company would be like

    Cons

Sometimes supervisors don't have enough managerial experience.

  2. Great as a part timer. Not so sure about full time yet.

I have been working at Abercrombie & Fitch full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Flexible hours and fun coworkers as a part time associate.

    Cons

Very stressful at times due to situations beyond your control.

    Advice to Management

Try not to abandon new people. Makes it very difficult for them to want to be there when they aren't being trained.
