    Pros

Fun work environment, friendly coworkers, always busy, discounts on clothes

    Cons

The music loop gets old very fast, folding clothes on a daily basis is extremely boring and some of the greetings you're forced to say can be awkward

    Advice to Management

Get rid of call-in shifts, give employees an equal number of shifts

I worked at Abercrombie & Fitch part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

You get a relatively small discount on some items.

    Cons

Shallow work environment. Employess are hired many times, based solely on physical appearance. Good employees always pick up the slack for bad ones. Due to the quality of many lower to higher managers, scheduling and recognition are a joke. Managers of every level seem to have a power complex of some kind. High levels of illicit practices (in my time there). Rules are rarely followed and vary from person to person. The list is endless.

    Advice to Management

Get better. Literally, start anywhere and improve. Company ethics is probably a good place to start.
