I have been working at Abercrombie & Fitch full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Gives you experience as a manager and for running a business.

    Cons

I have been with the company for two years and have literally done everything they've asked of me (I have 6 "trackers" and 1 MIT currently at the MOA, along with having graduated stores from Concern Store and Target Store lists), but have watched multiple managers with less results and experience get promoted before me. I'm absolutely convinced the company only cares about how good you look- I can't come up with any other reason as to why they treat great managers so poorly and idealize the pretty but idiotic managers.

    Advice to Management

Own up to what you preach. "We promote based on results" is not what you do.
