HOURS- they hire too many people and give too little hours

give more hours! more associates= better customer service= less shrinks!

    Pros

    If you shop there, you get pretty good discounts. Good hours. Great for students. A lot of added shifts.

    Cons

    Basic pay, bad management, really boring on slow days, loud music is very annoying, and the folding and phrases can be so repetitive.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Really fix managers because they're terrible.

    Discounts, easy work, some nice co-workers

    Cons

    Rude managers, look policy, min wage, long hours, little direction, increasing expectations coupled with decreasing management support, unpredictable schedule, poor work/life balance, highly stressful environment

    Humble yourselves. You are all on a power trip and need to offer support.
