Outgoing Associates but terrible hours

Visual Assistant Manager (Current Employee)
Indianapolis, IN

Pros-good start to an entry level management position
-pay is decent
- you get to meet great associates to manage/train

Cons-very stressful during peak season (Christmas and back to school)
-long hours ( sometimes you don't get out till 1 am )
-leading the floor set/ updates (which are every other week)

Advice to Senior ManagementSometimes upper management forget how hard it is to manage a store during the floor set/updates. Try to realize that the given time restrictions to complete some task as not always realistic and be able to empathize with that.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
