I worked at Abercrombie & Fitch full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

No pervious experience required, they'll teach you everything you need to know about running a multimillion business. Fun environment to work in while you're training.

    Cons

Once you advance to a higher management position your supervisors no longer care how many hours over 40 you work without overtime pay. It's looked down upon if you leave on time, when your scheduled shift is over. You must have tough skin to work here: the negative feedback is cutting and you'll get no positive feedback.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Want to keep those positive managers you spent so much time developing? Be nice, be thankful for their hard work, and pay them for their time! You're selling clothing to teenagers, not saving lives. Relax and provide the cool, fun environment you promised in the interview.
