For the salary and treatment of employees, it's an okay beginner job.

ProsEven though the employee discount was low (about 20 or 30%), I gained some experience with customer service, handling the cash register, pricing merchandise, and inventory.

ConsVery few hours, low salary, superficial people

Advice to Senior ManagementPlease treat employees better, compensate for the lack of decent salary for the work required from the employees
