I have been working at Abercrombie & Fitch part-time for more than a year

Pros

-the people were nice
-flexible schedule (will be covered in a con)
-got good hours when they were "low" on staff

Cons

-management is a joke
-minimum wage
-they hire on too many people so each person gets one or two shifts a week - so you could take weeks off if you wanted to and no one would care
-my paycheck was probably less than the amount of my gas to get there
-shift ranges from 4-6 hours, this can be the only time you get something

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get your stuff together or this company will fail completely...the stores closed down for a reason..

I worked at Abercrombie & Fitch part-time for more than a year

    Pros

The best part of working for Abercrombie & Fitch is the initial discount you get when you start the Job, 50% off, if I remember right, and 25% off after that. If you really like Abercrombie clothes, then this is the job for you.

    Cons

Minimum wage. The management, usually college grads, do not know what they are doing. Most people who work there are superficial. You only get one 15 minutes break if you work below 6 hrs and a 30 minute break if you work longer than 6 hours.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Up the pay. Treat your employees better. Stop being superficial.
