Pros

Great atmosphere. Ive met many great people while employed for this company.

Cons

Not for anyone who is a household provider or looking for set hours. Minimum wage. Hours vary, but rarely exceeds 20 hours per week. Management change frequently.

Advice to Management

Lower the soundtrack and take it easy on the spritz.

    Pros

Amazing clothes, discount, music, enviroment for young adults.

    Cons

Minimum wage. Slightly boring if you're store is not busy. Call ins were pointless and a waste of time.

    Advice to Management

Associates work much to hard to be earning minimum wage. Expand sizes larger. We are not all 5'4. Some of us are 5'8- dresses and skirts and shorts are much to short. Im not trying to flash the world. You're welcome.
