I worked at Abercrombie & Fitch part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Easy job to maintain while going to school or working full time somewhere else and you meet great people. Also, you receive a 30-50% discount which is awesome.

    Cons

Raises of around $0.20 (at max) are given once per year if considered and obtaining a full time position is hardly given. Must have a degree to be in management, but pay is low.

I worked at Abercrombie & Fitch

    Pros

    Get to wear comfortable clothes
    Work with great looking people
Everyone starts from the bottom and has to work their way up in the company

    Cons

Cult like company, either jump on with their views, or run for the hills
    Low pay
    Work long hours
    Super high turn over rate

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay your management more to help reduce the high turn over rate, pay is very low for retail industry which demands a college degree
Work on rotating schedules to give management teams off weekends
Try to better develop your management teams to move up within the company

    Recommends
    No opinion of CEO
