    Pros

Get to wear comfortable clothes Work with great looking people Everyone starts from the bottom and has to work their way up in the company

    Cons

Cult like company, either jump on with their views, or run for the hills Low pay Work long hours Super high turn over rate

    Advice to Management

Pay your management more to help reduce the high turn over rate, pay is very low for retail industry which demands a college degree Work on rotating schedules to give management teams off weekends Try to better develop your management teams to move up within the company

I have been working at Abercrombie & Fitch full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The pay is not bad and there is definite room to grow so long as you fit their "look" and are very outgoing. I personally loved the working environment and the people I met.

    Cons

Get on your DM's good side. Little praise for all the jobs well done and plenty of talking behind everyone's back. The company really values the attractiveness of its part-time employees over everything else and managers have to make sure to recruit, recruit, recruit!

    Advice to Management

Read any business article and you will see that a lot needs to change to improve sales in the United States.
