Grossly discriminate, it's sad how a store like this survives. It says a lot about Americans.

Stock (Former Employee) Houston, TX

ProsThere are non. blacks on the back of the bus, and in the stock room, always.

ConsHmm, supremely superficial, if you're not light bright, you're not right. If you aren't silver spoon fed, why are you in this store? You know that's what they talk about in those pep talks. "Our clothes, for our lifestyle, for people like us." White people, white trash. Abercrombie and Fitch used to be a hunting and sporting apparel store, should've stayed that way. Those dead guys must be suffocating in their coffins from the stench of their brands cologne

Advice to Senior ManagementIt's all a disgusting facade. To make people think they'll look prettier in your clothes. You know you don't like anyone that wears a size 3 and above.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

I worked at Abercrombie & Fitch part-time for less than a year

Pros: The actual work is very easy. Regardless of your position,… Cons: Management gave me less than ten hours during the 1.5 months I worked there. On one of my two three shifts they called me in… Advice to Senior Management: Corporate needs to start an intuitive to make all employees feel equal. There is a serious issue with some employees being bullied for being less… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
