Pros

The MIT program helped you figured out what your strengths were and placed you as the best suited manager.

Cons

There was none. Even working the during the holidays were a blast!

    Pros

    Over the years I've worked with some awesome people and scheduling can be very flexible. Benefits program is great as well.

    Cons

    The industry is terrible and pay is awful.

    Your managers and part-time associates deserve more pay for everything that they have to deal with on a daily basis.

    Pros

    Made a ton of great friends and learned a lot about the right way to run a business!

    Cons

    -Pay (You work ridiculous hours every week) No overtime
    -Work life balance is not a real thing
    -Turnover is 1000%
    -Company direction is a myth
    -Customer service is not even considered as a priority

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    -Abandon promote from within
    -Actually interview candidates for positions
    -Pay what people deserve
    -Promote based on results and performance, not looks
