Pros

Fresh aroma of Fierce around the clock

Cons

Just about everything else was terrible

Advice to Management

stop employing people based on looks. If Abercrombie spent more time employing competent, friendly people, multiple areas of their stores would become more efficient and inviting to customers. I can only imagine sales would increase if the company spent less time setting up soft core porn shoots and more time on staffing and focusing on consumers.

    Pros

Over the years I've worked with some awesome people and scheduling can be very flexible. Benefits program is great as well.

    Cons

The industry is terrible and pay is awful.

    Advice to Management

Your managers and part-time associates deserve more pay for everything that they have to deal with on a daily basis.

  2. Not a lot of intelligent people here, it is run by the people who get too old to work the floor..

    Pros

Cheap clothing, good recognition. It is an interesting place to meet good looking people who like to party on their time off. Good for early college students, I guess.

    Cons

No enrichment, closed minded employees, almost zero advancement, etc... The list goes on.

    Advice to Management

Make work more fun and less drone work.
