Pros

Fast advancement, great health benefits, loved the people i work with

Cons

very stressful, they pick their favorites, no work/life balance if you really want to succeed.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

the entire management system needs to be restructured. if you want to keep your people you will have to be more competitve with the pay.

Good for really young teens (16-18), but just about no one else.

I worked at Abercrombie & Fitch part-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Convenient job, easy work hours, discounted clothes (sometimes)

    Cons

Not great management, pay is extremely low, most of the time not worth the amount spent on the job. Can spend a whole hours worth of work on just lunch.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Being more relaxed does a lot to help the models want to work well for you

I worked at Abercrombie & Fitch part-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Okay discount, especially good discount on their seasonal selection. You work with a lot of fun, young people, which makes work fun, for the most part.

    Cons

There can be a lot of people employed in one store, so that diminishes the hours available to work.
