ProsStable work environment
Great Pay
Great processes and Policies

ConsA little bit heavy on the politics and favoritism
Not a lot of room to move up.
Sold to Zayo out of nowhere and this could wipe out what made AboveNet a great and successful company

Advice to Senior ManagementAny management (or anyone) that was transitioned to Zayo should work to preserve the AboveNet way.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
